GRIP-Birkman Tool
The GRIP-Birkman Tool is an excellent resource for accelerating team growth and strengthening relationships. Relationships can be challenging and require care to achieve common goals. The tool offers a shared language to have real conversations, discuss needs safely, visually understand differences, and identify spiritual gifts as a connection and commissioning. The tool also allows every team member to feel valued.
Our Values Assessment
Our Values Assessment is designed to understand how our unique values impact those around us. It helps us reflect on where we have high alignment and conviction around certain values and where we may have aversions. Values are the internal beliefs guiding our observable behaviours, allowing us to thrive in certain environments or potentially leaving us with constant tension with our role and those around us. The assessment aims to foster quality conversations of understanding, empathy, and open-handed feedback, recognizing that values are neither good nor bad but simply a way of viewing the world.
Discerning Direction Together Assessment
The Discerning Direction Together Assessment is intended to help us understand how the Lord is leading us together in ministry for this season. It is a process of discernment, sharing, and creation. The assessment is a team listening process reflecting how the Holy Spirit uniquely guides us. By defining your personal DDT statement, you can identify the captivating vision or heart concern that motivates you to extraordinary levels of sacrifice together. It defines where you believe the Lord is leading you in this season for contribution to His Kingdom. It is not the only thing you can do to contribute meaningfully to the Kingdom of God, nor is it a license to chase the statement in isolation away from the Body of Christ. Rather, it is a way to live into and connect with the team around you and honour God's unique leadership in your life and relationships.
